Like To Place An Order?Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Please feel free to call us during office hours if you would like to place an order, speak to us directly, or if you have any questions.
You may FAX an order any time of day or night to: 954-587-2144 (If you FAX us an order, please call toll free to confirm we received your order and that all information was complete.) You may choose to pay for your order with Visa or MasterCard or prepay your order with a check or money order. Please provide payment information at the time the order is placed. You will not be charged until your order ships. Net 30 terms may be offered once you have paid three orders in a timely manner and provided at least three credit references. Want Our Latest Catalog? How Will Your Order Be Shipped? If your order is sizable, we may be able to provide a better rate with a trucking company than with UPS. Any time we think we can offer you lower shipping charges we will let you know. Most orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after they are received or earlier. Large orders may require more production time. If you place an order for a future ship date, your order will ship on that date or within 48 hours of that date unless you are otherwise notified. If you need an order for a Special Occasion and must have it by a specified date, please provide that information when you place the order.
What Shipping Expenses Will You Incur? Overnight charges or trucking services will be determined by weight and location as well, and will be provided prior to shipping.
